Fire
The fire northeast of Escondido is in an area called Valley Center (aka the "Poomacha fire"). Here is a view of the smoke from Temecula, to the north (taken by Tom White). From this view, you cannot see the massive smkoe column being produced by the Witch Creek fire that's threatening our house.

Our family and our caregroup are praying for grace for the Norwood family (especially for the little ones!). Your upbeat cheerfulness speaks of God's work in your life Daniel. Way to lead. It encouraged my heart when I spoke to you today. God's got something good--for you and for his glory.
